Thank you for providing your feedback on this case. I am disappointed to hear that you have not received the level of service that you expect. I have spoken to the support rep concerned who has advised that he had to prioritise a high priority issue for one of your colleagues who was having issues accessing the system, which unfortunately meant that the response in this instance was longer than normal and by the time he came back to you the issue had been resolved.
