I reached out to the Eureka team with a vague request for NetSuite reports that flagged specific things, that would be emailed to me and my team on a set frequency. I wasn't even sure what I wanted! Katie kept me informed as to her progress on a regular basis. She ultimately didn't get my issue resolved in the way I had hoped, but she explained clearly the reasons why and they were solely down to software functionality not being what we both hoped it would be.
