Kirstin initially struggled with the issue but I was very impressed with her determination to learn how to solve the problem. took over a week to get back to me regarding my issue, then took several more weeks before telling me they could not fix the error without additional costs and would be better if I fixed it myself, (error in project codes) – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
