Unfortunately as the function is not part of the standard product it would require a bespoke amendment to allow the product to update this field, at this point in time.
The field has been included in an enhancement list for future releases of the product, and we will let you know when this becomes available.

A solution was provided to the problem relatively quickly once it was addressed. However, since I am based in the Middle East, with different weekend working and 4 hour time difference the problem took from Thursday to Tuesday to be looked at. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
