I'm sorry you feel that the support service didn't live up to expectations on this occasion - the case was closed prematurely while waiting for a response from you, which is not our normal process. We will ensure that we wait until the query has been fully answered before closing the case in future.

As discussed, we are escalating your functionality issue to OpenAir support and are investigating alternative solutions for you.
