Case has not been fully resolved, but this is due to some irregular transactions within NetSuite. Normally our settings are such that a user will not experience this "User Can View And Approve Time Entries Where They Are Not Project Time Approver", but due to having to make a setting change to approve time, the above problem occurs. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
