This ticket did not start off well. This ticket is based on the service provided by Katie. I felt I was given the run around by the first person who was allocated to assist with the issue (Nadine) . Even when watching a process via my screen she did in fact was not watching as I found 30 mins into the process (no answer to my message & phone call). The case was reassigned and it was eventually able to be resolved. Katie investigated and tested the issue fully. It appeared to be a complex issue as involved setups in a number of system - not just Sage. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
