you need to make your customer service forms shorter and quicker to fill in. I nearly didn't fill it in as it was so long. you need a simple - 1-10 score – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?

  • 10/10 – How good were we at understanding your problem?
  • 6/10 – How well did we keep you informed of the status of your call?
  • 10/10 – How satisfied were you with the overall support service provided?

Thank you for this and we will take your comoments on board.

We really appreciate any time our customers spend to give us both positive and negative feedback. The CustomerSure Surveys are optional and are primarily in place to ensure that any issues are dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible. With this in mind we have limited the feedback to three questions with the options of adding comments if necessary.
