we host sage on a managed cloud service - its sometime quite hard to determine the issue and who is responsible to fix - Ross is always helpful in sending our cloud provider documentation to fix issues at their end - but sometimes i find it quite hard to determine where the issue /fault is and who is responsible and Im the one who has to keep momentum going and step in when we get to an impasse - I was out of sage for 3 days this week and although i can get access again, my original problem still stands - but i had to get on with work and will have to pick up the issue again next week. Im therefore going to have to look at how we manage sage and how its going to work going forward. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
