Rebecca answered the support issue as it was worded, and informed us that the screen couldn't be changed. However, there was a workaround which we weren't informed of. Partly my fault for not explaining why we needed the change, of course, but maybe something that would have come out in further discussion. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
