We lost a pile of data last week whilst copying budget from Standard to Local. We called and asked if a back up could be restored and were advised no- data was gone, we then had a frantic 2 days reinputting all the lost data. I asked the question, and the items I was given to read, actually suggests that back ups of the data are taken constantly and therefor the data we had lost SHOULD have been available to us. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
- 4/10 – How good were we at understanding your problem?
- 4/10 – How well did we keep you informed of the status of your call?
- 4/10 – How satisfied were you with the overall support service provided?

Hi Helen,
Thank you for your feedback, and for taking the time to speak with me via e-mail (unfortunately we have been unable to have a phone conversation).
As we have discussed, the backup procedure runs at an additional cost and is a full system backup. It is not a record or module specific backup.
We acknoweldge this is an option you should have been presented with at the time.
I trust the additional methods for testing and creating exports will help you in any future data uploads you are carrying out on your system, but if you have any further comments or questions then please do not heistate to get in touch.
Best regards,
Ronnie
