Whilst Sarah was a complete and utter star, I don't think Netsuite comprehended the severity of the problem. And whilst we have a resolution, Netsuite need to ensure that they discuss with HMRC the required working. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?

Netsuite have confirmed they have spoken with HMRC and are working on a permanent resolution. As soon as we have any further information on this we will be in contact.
