Lower scores provided on feedback as Eureka were originally unable to provide the solution. Query passed to NetSuite, but their answers to the problem were of no assistance what so ever. I had to chase up on numerous occasions. It took a over a month for a resolution to be found. Not one individual at fault as several Eureka support reps worked on this case. Eventually resolved by Danni, who was able to properly analyse my feedback to provide the solution. Many thanks Danni.
