I was happy with Jaclyn resolving the issue once she was involved but Kevin was dealing with it initially and I had to chase it up. Support initially requested 25th Sept, chased up on 29th and actually resolved by Jaclyn on 4th Oct. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
