too technical and i do not understand reason for the issue in first place..manual mop up required to transfer the orders to sage...can soemone call me re this... – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?

Hi Zoe, Thank you for taking the time to fill out the survey on the support service you received from us today. We take on board all comments from our customers with the aim to improve our customer service. I have looked into the issue you logged with us and one of my colleagues will be phoning you to go over the orders that are missing. The website takes your orders and for each order will create a csv file which contains all the details. There is a set format for these files, when the files were created by the website there was a column missing. This column is needed for our data exchange to be able to import the orders successfully into Sage 200. We have spoken with your IT company as you requested to resolve this issue and for any future orders from the website they will not encounter this problem.
