Overall the team did good. The enquiry I suspect was borne out of legacy issues that have their genesis in a poor installation by a third party and a lack of engagement between company /incumbent contractor. I further suspect that the company requires the original installation to be reviewed and the requirements to get the most from our system explained. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
