Hi Sophie,
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your frustration with the issues relating to the back to back ordering, and we are doing our utmost to get these ironed out, as we have discussed with you over recent weeks.
There has been a fix applied which will prevent any of the previous causes from happening again, so you will notice a reduction in problem orders and once all of the older orders have been processed, the issue should no longer occur.
We will be in constant communication regarding any other issues that crop up, and my colleague Mike will be in contact next week to arrange a site visit.
