The support service received is unquestionably first rate. Monday the 25th i sent an email highlighting the issue of concern. I received an email acknowledgement in response that the case was being looked at. Within an hour of receiving that i had further correspondence that the case was resolved. It may seem like textbook procedures, however, it is the fact that the service has this structure and is followed that gives us confidence in the system.
