Still cannot pull the statement. Person online pulled the statement when i tried to replicate it would not pull - its month end and i ddi not have time to wait around for one statement. Still unable to pull the statement?: – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?

Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service you received from our support team on this occasion.
Our support team leader has discussed this with the support rep who handled your case who I believe dialled in with you last week and explained the issue with how the sales ledger account was configured and successfully generated the statement. I appreciate you were busy at the time so this was left with you to process the remaining statements when you were available and let us know if you experienced any further issues but we had not received any further feedback from you so assumed this was resolved.
However this has now been relogged for you as high priority and I understand our support rep has already called you to assist further this afternoon but you are busy today so a call has been scheduled for tomorrow.
