John was excellent, the best support I have experienced yet from Eureka. He is proactive. He not only resolves the query he is interested in the way in which I use Netsuite to do my job and as a result comes up with suitable ways of setting up views and searches that are helpful in my role. Showing me functionality that I wasn't aware of and building trust in the Netsuite product for me as a user. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
