Hi Paul,

Thank you for your feedback.

The resolution was a routine which was normally carried out by a colleague of yours, due to it requiring everyone to be logged off the system when the routine is being run. Unfortunately this was out of our control.

Since then your system has been upgraded, so we are hopeful that these issues have since been resolved.
