Thank you for your feedback and your time on the phone. Having investigated the issues above I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately the fix delivered did not resolve the initial issue due to a misunderstanding between our representatives internally. This has now been addressed by the management of both our Development and Support teams and we will amend, test and have the required fix with you as quickly as possible.

As discussed on the phone, Customer Service is something we take extremely seriously and we will endeavour to ensure your experiences in the future are more in line with our normal standards.
