Once I logged my query and was told someone would ring me about it, I thought I might get a call back earlier than I did so I didn't want to leave my desk in case the phone rang. Maybe an estimated time would be good ie someone will call you in approx 2 hours etc. (might be impossible to say of course). – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
