Hi Emma, thank you for taking the time to give feedback on the support that you received and I am sorry that you have been disappointed in this instance. However I have spoken to our support team and it appears that there has been some confusion with this. Your e-mail with a list of queries had been logged in our support system as multiple calls and when you spoke to our support technician one of the calls regarding company access was answered which is why this particular call has now been correctly closed, however the remaining calls which are still being investigated for you are still open in our system and will be responded to as soon as possible. I am aware that our support manager has already called you back and explained this to you as well. Hopefully this helps clarify this, however if you have any further queries on this then please just give us a call on the main office number and we will be happy to help.
