Note: Support Rep was Martyn Smith but his name doesn't appear on the dropdown so I just selected Kenneth as it is a required field. Martyn was really helpful and ensured that I managed to resolve my issues by the end of the day. My only suggestion to improve would be to call and talk about the problem rather than use email all the time.
