I was told that this problem cant be fixed (the auto fill suggestions cant be taken off NS) So the problem continues. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your feedback.

Due to the design of the program, this is not something that could be enabled on support. It would indeed require re-writing the module to allow it to auto-fill, which unfortunately was not a feasible option.
