The phone line was very quiet -I really struggled to hear you. Sadly, as we are so busy I wasn't able to allow access to a second machine for you to check against - as all our staff require access to their machines during office hours - perhaps you could run a dummy machine that end, which mimics our settings for this purpose? – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
