I particularly appreciated the time and effort spent to resolve the issue / question. Using the Logmein123 service was very effective at ensuring we both understood the issue and were talking about the same items. At times this should be the default option when trying to resolve complex issues to enable better understanding at both ends of the line. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
