Hi Murray,

I am sorry to hear that your issue was not resolved first time around. From the information provided at the time, the advice that we had given to you would have normally resolved the issue (as it has for you in the past), hence why we agreed with you to close the call.

Following further discussions with yourself, we have now pinpointed where the issue is and hopefully the advice that we have given to you should have now your resolved your problem.
