The Direct Debit facility could be useful if it was more flexible, Sage have made too many assumptions as to how Direct Debits are applied in "real life" scenarios. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?

I would like to emphasise that these surveys are intended to gather feedback on the service you received from Eureka Solutions rather than the Sage 200 product itself, so we are disappointed to receive the low score you gave for the overall service. If you are unhappy with any product features then we would appreciate it if you could feed these back via the support team or directly to myself as your account manager. We would be happy to register these requests with Sage as a wish list for the product, and we could also look at some customisation to achieve the functionality you require in the meantime.

The support service was good as it normally is. My query/point is that we might not have had to contact support if there was appropriate documentation detailing the install procedure. All we wanted to do was re-install software on a new client PC however content if this is something that support are willing to cover. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?

Apologies for any disappointment on this occasion however after investigation we had established that the issue was not relating to Eureka Solutions or our systems and subsequently closed the call. We are glad that the problem has now been resolved.
For future reference we do also provide emergency support numbers and our support email address for out of hours support if you feel it absolutely necessary to speak with a member of our team.

We are now aware that you use an application method for providing access to your users via remote desktop as opposed to the standard process of access via an icon on the RDI .
