A little too quick in asking for a response as to whether the solution provided worked, as I can sometimes be in many meetings throughout the day. I would ask that follow up emails are only made once a day. The solution provided was perfect, was easy to understand and it fully met my requirements. Thank you very much Sarah. It was also good that Sarah responded to my email directly, that way it was recorded in NetSuite too without me having to copy and paste her reply in to our Case recording database. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
