Call logged at 9.06am and by 3pm we still hadn't been called, not acceptable in my book. When we were called the information I provided had not been passed to the person trying to resolve the issue leading to further delays and a waste of your staffs time as the issue could have been resolved faster if all my info had been passed over. The overall support is pretty poor, staff are good once they call but getting someone to call back is not easy. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?

Hi Margaret,

Thank you for your feedback. The team were working on the issue throughout the day and encountered a slight delay when transferring a copy of your data offsite to allow us to carry out a full investigation and prevent the issue occurring in the future. Apologies if you were disappointed that we took a little longer than normal to come back to you however we had spoken with members of your team earlier in the day in your absence and did operate within our SLA.

Our team will ensure you are kept updated directly on any future issues and a solution has been added to your customer record for this issue to ensure it can be resolved immediately should it arise again.
