After I sent the email I received no acknowledgement or call until I phoned to log another problem. When mentioning this one I was told I should have received a email acknowledgement - it would appear you never had any email address set up on your system. I have since received emails acknowledge ALL calls whether they were from me or my colleagues. Perhaps it would be a good idea if you could use our generic email address of: accounts@gresham-computing.com for these acknowledgements unless you are replying to an individual person's email. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
