The support service received is unquestionably first rate. Monday the 25th i sent an email highlighting the issue of concern. I received an email acknowledgement in response that the case was being looked at. Within an hour of receiving that i had further correspondence that the case was resolved. It may seem like textbook procedures, however, it is the fact that the service has this structure and is followed that gives us confidence in the system. Thanks again for both the simplicity of the service and the effectiveness of it. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?

Yes, although running out of positive and constructive things to say about the outstanding service. Not many companies late on a Friday afternoon can offer the same service that they do during the week. Most operatives have one foot in the weekend but Hilary was determined to resolve the issue. I stayed an extra half hour myself in the office to ensure this was done. By 5.15 Hilary managed to resolve and send some correspondence via email to indicate this was the case. Very happy with the service received and happy to relate our experience with Eureka Solutions with our partner groups. |Keep up the good work guys. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
