This was put through as an urgent problem to enable us to complete month end and although we emailed in the morning, we heard nothing until the next day. In the end you were unable to help us and we are going to have to delete the assets and try to put them in again - no explanation as to why the postings did not put in the Class and Location which was missing but was on the original journal entries and could not be added to the Asset records after. – Do you have any other feedback on the support service received?
